Unqualified staff treating patients

Description

In Igombe HCIII the watchman was treating patients in the absence of the nurses. One of the women monitors was scheduled to have a meeting at the health center and was informed that the watchman was treating patients and she also witnessed the same by feigning sickness but the watchman was unable to prescribe medicine. Cases of a lady cleaner have also been reported in the same health center and later she was transfered under unclear circumstances.
