Description

The Kyegegwa HC IV Midwife is alleged to be routinely drunk while at work. On one of the days its alleged that an expectant mother went into labour while the the midwife had passed out due to high consumption of alcohol and a male volunteer one Rwakitwe was called in to help in the delivery of the baby. Its also alleged that the same midwife gives medicine to expectant mothers to delay delivery.
