Shoddy Renovation Work

01/02/2013 Central Division received UGX 34,312,600 only to renovate a four classroom block. And the BOQs indicate fitting 20 windows but with only space for 16, fixing 11 poles with only space for 9 and only 7 new poles fixed. 2 extra were old and repainted. ACCOB confirmed this from the BOQs and site visits coupled with various meetings with the division/municipal leaders. A public Accountability meeting was held on 31st January 2013 but following disagreements on the issue it was pushed to 21st February 2013 to give the Municipal leaders time to prepare their report as well to the public.
